Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown is hiring a Breakfast Attendant through Parks Hospitality Group. You will set up stations, prepare breakfast items, greet guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area to start every day right.

This role requires strong guest service, excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. Flexibility for early shifts, weekends and holidays is essential to ensure a smooth breakfast experience.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Teamwork and flexibility to work early shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring items are fresh and well-stocked.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, tables, counters, and equipment.
• Assist guests with breakfast equipment such as coffee makers and waffle irons.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at end of service.
