Parks Hospitality Group Inc. is seeking a Breakfast Server for the Hotel—AM and weekends at the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown. Join a close-knit front-of-house team and help guests start their day with warm, attentive service.

You’ll mentor newer servers, handle guest requests, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Embrace a role that rewards teamwork and guest satisfaction across weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities with mentoring/training experience.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and meet guest requests.
• Assist in training and mentoring new servers on procedures and standards.
• Address guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Monitor dining area for smooth service and address disruptions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain menu knowledge to answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and dining area setup/cleanup.
