Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St George, UT, part of Troon, is seeking a Part-Time Sunday Brunch Server. You will welcome guests, describe specials, take and deliver orders, and ensure a memorable brunch experience in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires a HS diploma or GED, a 21+ alcohol-service age, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include healthcare, a 401(k) with employer match, and eligibility for a service charge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+)
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating
• Describes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers suggestions
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly after preparation
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
• Accurately processes checks and cash transactions using the POS system
• Follows established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and guest experience
• Uses proper tray service techniques for all food and beverage service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
