Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St George, UT is seeking a Part-Time Sunday Brunch Server to join Troon, a global leader in golf and club management.

You will warmly greet guests, describe specials, take and deliver orders, and help ensure a memorable guest experience through attentive service and teamwork.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 2 years of serving experience; 21+ to serve alcohol; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+).
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers suggestions.
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties.
• Accurately processes checks and cash transactions using the POS system.
• Follows established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and guest experience.
• Uses proper tray service techniques for all food and beverage service.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers suggestions when appropriate
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly after preparation
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings
