• 5-10 years of overall IT/Data Center experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Sunbird DCIM experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of DCIM, asset management, capacity planning, and data center operations.
• Experience with power and environmental monitoring.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
