Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Arnold, Missouri is seeking enthusiastic team players to join a vibrant, client-focused salon. You will provide friendly, professional consultations, meet sales goals, and help customers explore tanning, skin care and wellness options.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and ongoing product training. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, but company provides training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service or sales experience helpful.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
