Job summary

Boys and Girls Club of Flagstaff is seeking a Youth Development Professional for the summer season to help lead engaging activities and provide a safe, nurturing environment for kids to learn and grow.

Under the supervision of the Youth Program Director, you will help develop and implement programs, with focus on preparing members for success and ensuring a welcoming club experience. Ideal candidates are 18+, with youth experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with valid identification.
• Experience working with youth.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help bring fun and engaging activities to members while providing a safe, nurturing environment for kids to learn and grow.
• Assist with developing and implementing programs under supervision to prepare members for success.
• Provide secondary site support at the facility.
