Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited engineering, or related, Undergraduate program with anticipated graduation date Dec 2027 or later.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Interested in water or related field and eager to grow within WSP’s projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Able to follow directions from mentors and leaders to execute projects.
• Basic proficiency with technical writing, office software, and related tools.
• Committed to workplace safety and able to follow health, safety, and harassment policies.
• Authorized to work in the United States at internship start.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
• Learn basic principles of Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis.
• Support preparation of final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
• Adhere to WSP Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
