Job summary

CryptoproNetwork is seeking a User Research Intern for a 12-week summer 2027 program in San Francisco. You will join our User Research team to help researchers, designers, and product managers understand user needs across products like Coinbase Cloud and developer tools.

You will plan and execute research, craft reports that drive design decisions, and build foundational UX research skills at scale. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in a research-related field or comparable experience.
• Knowledge of general research principles and UX research methods.
• Ability to clearly communicate findings, with a final report from a past project.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and Coinbase's role in the crypto economy.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more research projects alongside researchers, designers, and PMs.
• Plan and execute research to address complex product questions using appropriate methods.
• Deliver reports that clearly communicate findings with actionable recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teammates to translate insights into product experiences.
