Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering or related undergraduate program (Aug 2027 or later).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong interest in Transportation Engineering and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States at internship start.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
• Learn basic principles of Transportation Engineering.
• Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis.
• Perform basic design tasks using CAD tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads).
• Support preparation of final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
