Job summary

North Atlantic Industries is seeking an Intern – Test Engineer for Summer 2027 to support testing, integration, and troubleshooting of NAI electronic products and systems. You will gain practical experience with circuit analysis, test equipment, programming, and production-support activities.

This internship provides exposure to testing methodologies, documentation of results, and collaboration with Engineering and Production teams.

Qualifications

Pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate working knowledge of electronic circuits, data sheets, and specifications.
Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, or C#.
Proficient with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.
U.S. Person status or citizenship for security-sensitive roles.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and improving test programs used to verify functional operation of NAI products.
Test and debug products at the component and system level using circuit-analysis techniques.
Implement test procedures and operate industry-standard electronic test equipment.
Collaborate with Production personnel to diagnose and support repair of failed items.
Document test results and communicate findings to Engineering.
Support continuous improvement of testing methods, processes, and product reliability.
