Job summary

This on-site internship runs 32 hours a week for at least 10 weeks. You will assist with planning, documentation, risk logs, and meetings while developing professional skills in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduating high school senior or current full-time undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate student, preferably in Project Management, Operations, or a technical or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Trello or Jira is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and technicians in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable).
• Willingness to travel to other CACI locations or customer sites as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks and deliverables.
• Support development and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, status reports, and risk logs.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key takeaways and action items.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
