Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Network / Cybersecurity Intern for Summer 2027 in High Point, NC. This part-time, on-call internship runs 32 hours a week for at least 10 weeks and is an on-site role at our High Point location.

You will assist an engineering team with network modernization, conduct research, identify risks and present a final project summary to the division. Candidates should have or pursue CompTIA Security+ and/or Network+, and be enrolled in a related degree program;

Qualifications

• Must be a graduating high school senior with strong academic and technical aptitude.
• CompTIA Security+ and/or Network+ required; candidates must have or pursue them before start date.
• Active full-time undergraduate or graduate enrollment in a related field.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain security clearance (if applicable).
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to collaborate with project teams.
• Willingness to travel to other CACI locations or customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering team to design and support network modernization across the project lifecycle.
• Supervise tasks under the direction of a senior engineer.
• Research and gather data to support project decisions.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide general support to the engineering team as required.
• Deliver a final summary presentation on projects and experience to the Division.
