CACI International Inc. in High Point, NC is offering a paid Summer Internship for a Technical Project Manager Intern. The role is on-site 32 hours per week for 10 weeks, with a focus on supporting network solutions and R&D projects under the guidance of a Project/Program Manager.

As an intern you will assist in planning, tracking, documentation, meetings, risk logs, and reporting, while gaining exposure to project life cycles, stakeholder coordination, and presentation of outcomes to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a graduating high school senior or current undergraduate/graduate/doctorate student.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Trello or Jira is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and technicians in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable).
• Willingness to travel to other CACI locations or customer sites as necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Aufgaben

• Assisting project managers in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks and deliverables.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as timelines, status reports, and risk logs.
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key takeaways and action items.
• Monitoring project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Conducting research and gathering data to support project decision-making.
• Facilitating communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identifying risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintaining project management tools, dashboards, and reports as needed.
• Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for project updates.
• Providing general administrative support to project management teams as required.
• All interns will be expected to conduct a final summary presentation on your projects and experience to the Division. Select interns may be chosen to present to leaders in our headquarters office as well.
