Job summary

Live Oak Bank’s Technology Portfolio Management Office offers a Summer 2027 Internship in Wilmington, NC. You will work with project managers on real, active technology initiatives and gain hands-on experience in agile delivery, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

You’ll own a capstone project, receive mentorship, and meet leaders across Technology while learning how technology moves from idea to customer impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused digital bank.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Coursework, campus involvement, or prior experience related to project management, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Interest in project management and agile best practices.
• Knowledge of and/or experience using tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence, and Office 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of people, processes, and technology to deliver projects in line with business goals.
• Assist in agile ceremonies and facilitate delivery of technology increments with feedback loops.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes impacting multiple teams.
• Help project teams communicate and collaborate effectively.
