Job summary

Live Oak Bank in Wilmington, NC, invites qualified undergraduates to join its Technology Portfolio Management Office for a 10-week Summer Internship. You will work with project managers, support delivery, and learn agile practices on real projects in a dynamic fintech environment.

You will own a capstone project, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to leaders across Technology and the bank. Applicants should be enrolled in an undergrad program and have an interest in PM, agile, and technology.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Coursework, campus involvement, or prior experience related to project management or business.
• Interest in project management and agile best practices.
• Knowledge of tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence, and Office 365 is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of people, processes, and technology to deliver projects.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and help coordinate delivery of technology increments.
• Contribute ideas to process improvement across multiple teams.
• Assist with capstone project planning and mentorship activities.
