Job summary

Live Oak Bank seeks an onsite IT Intern for a 10-week Summer Internship (May 17 - July 23, 2027) at headquarters in Wilmington, NC. You will assist with corporate applications, cloud platforms, hardware, and employee support across the Bank.

Responsibilities include collaborating with IT teams, supporting staff in-person or via TeamViewer, and scripting automations for cloud systems (Azure/AWS). Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills and familiarity with banking

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Apple products.
• Knowledge of Internet and intranet services.
• Familiarity with banking applications and support systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate applications, cloud platforms, hardware and employees across the Bank.
• Collaborate with IT Support and Infrastructure on assigned projects.
• Service requests from employees in-person or remotely via TeamViewer.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot bank software, hardware, and audiovisual systems.
• Innovate by scripting/automating processes for cloud production systems (Azure and AWS).
