Piper Sandler & Co. is seeking a summer intern to support our Technology – Project Management team in Minneapolis, MN.

This opportunity is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in Spring 2028 or December 2027 with a GPA of 3.3 or above. Responsibilities include processing Technology invoice payments, coordinating with internal partners, maintaining vendor information, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, data reporting, and supporting project managers with administrative

Qualifications

Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical ability.
Detail oriented.
Computer savvy.
Experience with MS Excel using pivot tables and mathematical functions.
Students majoring in Accounting or Business with an interest in Project Management are preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (ie. Accounts Payable).
Work with other internal business partners to ensure that invoice payments are processed correctly.
Assist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor information.
Partake in weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting, preparing the agenda and meeting minutes.
Spreadsheet maintenance and data reporting.
Assist Branch Move Project Manager with keeping various move documents current.
Assist Project Managers and Business Consultants with administrative/operational tasks as assigned.
