Responsibilities

• Assist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (Accounts Payable).
• Work with internal partners to ensure correct processing of invoice payments.
• Assist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor information.
• Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for weekly Client Services Support Managers meetings.
• Maintain spreadsheets and data reporting.
