• Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for weekly Client Services Support Managers meetings.
• Maintain spreadsheets and data reporting.

Responsibilities:* Assist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (ie. Accounts Payable)* Work with other internal business partners to ensure that invoice payments are processed correctly* Assist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor information* Partake in weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting, preparing the agenda and meeting minutes* Spreadsheet maintenance and data reporting* Assist Branch Move Project Manager with keeping various move documents current* Assist Project Managers and Business Consultants with administrative/operational tasks as assigned Requirements:* Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills* Strong analytical ability* Detail oriented* Computer savvy* Experience with MS Excel using basic functions such as pivot tables and mathematical functions* Students majoring in Accounting or Business with an interest in Project Management are preferred.* This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in Spring 2028 or December 2027 and have a GPA of 3.3 or above.
