Responsibilities

• Assist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (ie. Accounts Payable).
• Work with other internal business partners to ensure that invoice payments are processed correctly.
• Assist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor information.
• Partake in weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting, preparing the agenda and meeting minutes.
• Spreadsheet maintenance and data reporting.
• Assist Branch Move Project Manager with keeping various move documents current.
• Assist Project Managers and Business Consultants with administrative/operational tasks as assigned.

This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in Spring 2028 or December 2027 and have a GPA of 3.3 or above.

The anticipated pay rate for individuals expressing interest in this position is $21 per hour.
