Responsibilities

• Assist Technology invoice analyst with processing payments (A/P).
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure correct invoice payments.
• Maintain current vendor information for Technology invoices.
• Prepare agenda and meeting minutes for weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting.
• Maintain spreadsheets and generate data reports.
• Support Project Manager with moving documents and logistics.
• Assist Project Managers and Business Consultants with admin tasks.

Piper Sandler is seeking a summer intern to support our Technology - Project Management team in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (ie. Accounts Payable)
• Work with other internal business partners to ensure that invoice payments are processed correctly
• Assist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor information
• Partake in weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting, preparing the agenda and meeting minutes
• Spreadsheet maintenance and data reporting
• Assist Branch Move Project Manager with keeping various move documents current
• Assist Project Managers and Business Consultants with administrative/operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical ability

• Computer savvy
• Experience with MS Excel using basic functions such as pivot tables and mathematical functions
• Students majoring in Accounting or Business with an interest in Project Management are preferred.
• This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in Spring 2028 or December 2027 and have a GPA of 3.3 or above.

The anticipated pay rate for individuals expressing interest in this position is $21 per hour.
