Job summary

Kearney & Company invites students majoring in IT-related disciplines to join the Kearney Technology Group (KTG) Summer Internship Program. The 8-week program blends on-site and remote work from Alexandria, VA, with travel as needed to federal client sites, and includes team collaboration, orientation, and a mentor program.

Interns gain experience in data analytics, audit support, and professional networking. Interns work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:30, with pay for all hours.

Qualifications

• Must be in Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a BA/BS in IT-related major
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with audit teams to leverage data analytics to improve audit efficiency and quality
• Support federal client sites as assigned and travel as needed within the U.S.
• Participate in the internship program's orientation, trainings, and mentor program
