Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking students in IT-related majors for the Fall Internship Program within the Kearney Technology Group (KTG). You will work with audit teams on data analytics to improve audit efficiency and quality, gain exposure to financial and operational management, and help build client relationships while engaging in team-based projects on federal client sites.

Qualifications

• Must currently be in Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Financial Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Must have been a 2026 Summer Kearney & Company Intern.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit teams to leverage data analytics for improved audit efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to and learn about both financial and operational management and analytics processes.
