Kearney & Company is seeking students for our Spring Internship Program through the Kearney Technology Group (KTG). Interns will engage with audit teams on data analytics to improve efficiency and build client relationships.

The program offers a flexible schedule to accommodate classes, highly competitive pay, and opportunities to participate in company-wide events with Kearney Team Members. Some travel may be required across the United States and DC metro area.

Qualifications

• Currently Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Financial Mathematics, or Statistics
• Must have been a 2026 Summer Kearney & Company Intern
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
