Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking students for its Kearney Technology Group Fall Internship Program. The internship offers hands-on experience with audit teams, data analytics, and exposure to federal client work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a BA/BS in IT-related fields and have leadership and communication skills. Travel to engagements across the United States/DC may be required, with flexible scheduling to accommodate classes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS in CS/CE/Data Analytics/Data Science/Financial Mathematics/Statistics or related IT field
• Current 2026 Summer Kearney & Company Intern
• Ability to obtain and maintain interim U.S. Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with audit teams to leverage data analytics and improve audit efficiency and quality
• Contribute to and learn about the workplace within the Kearney Technology Group Fall Internship Program
• Collaborate on federal client sites (travel may be needed across the United States and DC metro area)
• Build professional relationships and participate in a company-wide community service project
