Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking IT-focused students for the Kearney Technology Group (KTG) Fall Internship Program. Interns will work with audit teams on data analytics to improve audit efficiency and quality, with travel across the United States and the DC metro area depending on assignment.

The program offers highly competitive pay, a flexible schedule to accommodate classes, and opportunities to participate in company-wide events and a volunteer project led by interns.

Qualifications

• Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a BA/BS in IT-related major.
• Must have been a 2026 Summer Kearney & Company Intern.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim U.S. Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Work with audit teams to apply data analytics to improve audit efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to and learn about both financial and operational management and analytics processes.
• Build strong client relationships through analytics-driven insights.
