Job summary
The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco invites high-potential students to join its Technical Intern program for the summer. You will work within one of the SF Fed teams—Banking Supervision, Statistics + Reserves, IT Services, Fed Financial Services, or Operations & Safety—on meaningful projects using computer science, data analytics, and related fields.
Open to full-time undergrad or grad students with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029, US citizenship or permanent
Qualifications
- Full-time undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 – June 2029.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Residency.
- Keen interest in public service and the mission of the SF Fed.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full duration of the 10.5-week internship.
- Ability to work 5 days per week in-office.
Responsibilities
- Assist on a variety of projects in assigned group.
- Collaborate with managers and team members.
- Develop solutions that support the SF Fed's mission of public service.
