Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student.

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Interest in public service and mission-driven work.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 10.5 weeks and in-office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Use research, writing, data analysis, policy comprehension, and communication on business projects, solutions, and deliverables.
• Work within an assigned group.
• Gain exposure to business-related challenges and foundational knowledge.
• Collaborate with teams including Banking Supervision, Statistics + Reserves, Federal Reserve Financial Services, Financial Management, Operations & Safety, and Regional Engagement.
• Participate in orientation, training, meaningful work, mentorship, networking, and events.
