Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco invites motivated undergrad and graduate students to join the 2027 SF Fed Summer Internship Program as a Business Support Intern. This paid, 10.5-week internship offers orientation, mentorship, and meaningful project work within in-person teams in San Francisco.

Interns will rotate across Digital Management - Audio/Visual Solutions, External Communications, People + Culture (HR), and Workplace Experience, gaining exposure to core Bank operations while

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited community college, four-year college, or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 – June 2029.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Residency
• Keen interest in public service, and the overall mission-driven work of the SF Fed
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full duration of the 10.5-week internship
• Ability to work 5 days per week in-office

Responsibilities

• Gain experience and exposure by participating in a variety of business-related activities that support core functions.
