Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at internship time preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical delivery teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Support definition of product scope, priorities, and roadmap aligned to business goals
• Partner with developers, architects, QA, and UX teams to design scalable solutions
• Assist with managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and dependencies
• Facilitate requirement sessions and stakeholder interviews
• Ensure traceability from objectives through to delivered solutions
• Support solution design by clarifying workflows, integrations, and data needs
• Review technical proposals and provide business context for decisions
• Validate delivered features against requirements and acceptance criteria
• Support user acceptance testing and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate scope changes
• Assist with release planning and post-launch support
• Track product performance and key learnings
• Maintain documentation like flows, decisions, and release notes
• Promote collaboration across business and IT teams
