Job summary

Cencora in Carrolton, TX is offering a Summer 2027 IT internship designed for motivated students to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting while gaining hands-on experience within our Quality team.

From June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, you will assist with document control, audit readiness, and cross‑functional projects, develop professional skills, and present outcomes and learnings at the internship’s end.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality, engineering, business, healthcare, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist with document control for policies, SOPs, forms, and related quality records
• Support document review for consistency, completeness, formatting, and version control
• Help maintain document trackers, status reports, and audit-ready files
• Assist with preparation for client audits, including organizing documentation and tracking action items
• Support tracking and trending of audit findings, deviations, and related quality metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and compliance processes
• Assist with eQMS implementation readiness activities, such as document preparation, workflow mapping, training support materials, and data organization
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for the Quality team as needed
• Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
• Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business partners.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and internship program activities.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
