Responsibilities

• Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database promptly.
• Serve as key contact for large revenue customers; help resolve invoice inaccuracies and conduct audits.
• Develop and maintain customized customer reports and deliver to management levels.
• Create Customer Business Review presentations and illustrate quarterly trends.
• Maintain formulary contracts and generate tailored reports like Quote comparisons.
