Responsibilities

Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database.
Serve as key contact for large revenue, government, and retail customers; resolve invoice discrepancies.
Develop and maintain customized customer reports; present to management.
Create Customer Business Review presentations and analyze quarterly trends.
Maintain formulary contracts and provide tailored reports such as quote comparisons and membership reports.
Maintain internal customer logs and generate related reports; verify contract maintenance reports.
