Qualifications

• Continuing student enrolled through Fall 2027.
• Current senior in Civil Engineering planning to transition to a Structural Engineering graduate program in Fall 2027.
• Current first-year graduate student in a multi-year Structural Engineering master’s or Ph.D. program.

Responsibilities

• Work on active structural engineering projects under experienced engineers.
• Apply classroom concepts to real-world design and analysis.
• Learn from mentors and receive candid, constructive feedback.
• Participate in firm-wide learning sessions and cross-office collaboration.
