Qualifications

• Must be a continuing student enrolled through Fall 2027 semester.
• Current full-time Civil Engineering Senior planning to transition into a Structural Engineering graduate program in Fall 2027.
• Current first-year Graduate student in multi-year Structural Engineering master’s or Ph.D. program.
• Completed coursework: Structural Analysis, Steel Design, Reinforced Concrete Design.
• Minimum undergraduate GPA 3.40; strong performance in graduate coursework where applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced engineers on active projects.
• Apply classroom concepts while developing practical skills and professional confidence.
• Contribute to active structural engineering projects and deliver practical solutions for clients.
• Build skills in structural analysis, design, project delivery, and site observation.
• Receive mentorship and candid feedback from engineers.
