Job Summary
The Sports Coach will lead and supervise summer sports programming including soccer, basketball, and flag football. Coaches are responsible for planning and implementing skill-based activities, fostering sportsmanship, ensuring safety, and creating a positive, inclusive environment for youth participants. Coaches will work closely with fellow staff and program leadership to deliver a structured and enriching experience. The Summer Sports Academies run from July 7th-August 23rd, Monday-Friday from 9am-3:30pm.
About You
You are a passionate and energetic leader who enjoys working with youth and promoting athletic growth and teamwork. You will guide players through drills, games, and development sessions, aiming to build skills and confidence in a fun, respectful setting. You’ll collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure each day runs smoothly and safely.
