Responsibilities

• Identify client strengths and resources
• Develop sustainable self-management tools
• Support lifestyle changes related to weight, exercise, and nutrition
• Adopt a holistic approach including sleep, fitness, energy, and emotional well-being
• Provide basic nutrition education and health trend updates
• Assist clients in setting and achieving health goals
• Maintain documentation using HIPAA-compliant EMR systems
• Conduct 1:1 coaching via video calls and support through Arootah Success Formula
• Host webinars and collaborate with content teams for health-related videos

Qualifications

• NBHWC Certification (preferred)
• 3+ years of health coaching experience
• Additional certifications in behavior change, nutrition, etc. (preferred)
• Experience coaching executives and professional athletes
• Diversity and Inclusion certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HIPAA-compliant platforms
