Job summary

Semex in the United States is offering a Summer Solutions Intern position to support the USA Sales Team while gaining a solid grounding in the dairy industry, relationship-based sales, and Semex's portfolio of solutions.

You will shadow top-performing sales and technical staff, gain exposure to herd-management software, attend customer visits, and contribute to a summer project that showcases your insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal or dairy science, genetics, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support USA Sales Team with prospecting, engagement, and account management.
• Learn Semex Solutions portfolio including Ai24, Elevate, Immunity+, Embryos, and Milc.
• Shadow experienced sales and technical staff to observe best practices in consultative sales.
• Gain proficiency in herd management software and data-driven insights for producer decisions.
• Participate in customer visits and industry events to strengthen industry knowledge.
• Complete an end-of-summer dairy industry project showcasing key learnings.
