• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in Animal Science, Dairy Science or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Comfort with variable, long days and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values positively.
• Gain exposure to developing and delivering training to field teams.
• Understand genetic strategies and tools used by the company.
• Contribute training content to the online platform for employees.
• Participate in on-farm training and learn dairy herd management.
• Learn and implement a dairy or beef herd monitoring system.
