We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Summer Solutions Intern to join our team. As our intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the USA Sales Team while developing a comprehensive understanding of the dairy-industry, relationship-based sales and Semex's innovative solutions portfolio. Working alongside experienced sales and technical professionals, the intern will learn how Semex delivers value to dairy producers through industry-leading genetics, reproductive technologies, and herd management solutions.
Gain hands-on exposure to the Semex sales process in the U.S. market, including prospecting, customer engagement, solution-based selling, and account management.
Develop a foundational understanding of the Semex Solutions portfolio, including Ai24, Elevate, Immunity+, Embryos, and Milc solutions, and how they support dairy producer success.
Shadow top-performing sales representatives and technical support team members to observe best practices in customer relationship management and consultative sales.
Build proficiency in a variety of herd management software platform s and understand how data-driven insights contribute to producer decision-making.
Gain extensive exposure to the growing Beef-on-Dairy segment and its impact on dairy operations and profitability.
Obtain valuable on-farm experience working with dairy operations ranging from 100 to 100,000 cows across diverse regions of the United States.
Participate in customer visits, industry events, and educational opportunities to strengthen knowledge of the dairy industry and Semex's role within it.
Provide weekly updates to the National Key Account Manager, highlighting accomplishments, learning opportunities, project milestones, and progress toward established goals.
Apply knowledge and experiences gained throughout the internship to complete a comprehensive end-of-summer dairy industry project, demonstrating key learnings and business insights.

This position offers a minimum starting salary of $17/hour, with potential compensation enhancements based on applicable experience and qualifications.
