ABS Global, a Genus Company, is offering a Dairy Sales, Genetics, and Consulting Intern position for the Eastern United States. This hands-on internship provides real-world experience, top-tier training, and exposure to industry events and customer interactions.

You will support sales, service and reproductive consulting while learning genetic programs, farm operations, and record analysis. This paid internship runs for 12 weeks in the summer, with relocation/travel provisions as applicable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Dairy or related field.
• Experience in dairy farm operations.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on internship.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the U.S.
• Available for 12 weeks during the summer and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Gain an understanding of genetic programs, prospecting and customer relationship management.
• Learn farm operations and cattle handling including reproductive skills and safety.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver value to customers.
• Attend industry seminars and producer meetings, supporting field activities.
• Assist Sales Reps on route with deliveries, service and calls.
• Support record analysis and reproductive consulting.
