Job summary

onX is seeking a full-time software engineering intern for a 10–12 week program in May/June 2026, contributing to our mobile, web, or backend projects and learning from a world-class team.

You will gain real-world engineering experience, develop skills applicable to professional work, and help deliver features that impact customers. Remote or Montana onsite options are available to suit schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals and currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
• You will complete your Sophomore year by internship start date.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with coding in Java, JavaScript, Python, or another relevant language (Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, Elixir, Go, Python are used).

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience as part of the onX engineering team.
• Collaborate to build key areas of the app experience and contribute to practical applications.
• Demonstrate work that you can point to as part of the customer-facing product.
