Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate students pursuing civil engineering, construction management, surveying, environmental science, or related fields.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in site development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication; gain exposure to the project lifecycle.
• Participate in rotations across project management, field, safety, and estimating.
• Support field teams with safety practices and site coordination.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and guest speaker events to develop professional skills.
• Contribute to current projects and observe the impact of your contributions.
