Midwest Internship Program - Summer 2027 at B&S Site Development in Columbus, Ohio offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development across civil construction disciplines. Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in civil engineering, construction management, surveying, environmental science or related fields.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated interest in site development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across PM, field, safety and estimating.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting and client meetings.
• Shadow safety coordinator and participate in trainings.
• Contribute to current projects and gain hands-on experience on site.
