Job summary

B&S Site Development is offering an internship program designed for civil engineering and related field students. You will rotate through project management, field operations, safety, and estimating to gain hands-on experience on real projects.

Participants will receive mentorship from department leads, participate in workshops, and have opportunities for networking and potential post-internship employment. A competitive compensation package accompanies the program.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in civil engineering, construction management, surveying, environmental science, or related fields.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in site development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and communication; attend client meetings; gain exposure to project lifecycle.
• Shadow and assist in field operations and fleet management logistics.
• Support estimating tasks including plan reviews and site visits.
• Support safety management through training and site visits (OSHA 10 possible).
• Shadow construction crews to learn methods, materials, and safety protocols.
