Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate students in civil engineering, construction management, surveying, environmental science, or related fields.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in site development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across project management, field, safety and estimating.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting and client communications.
• Contribute to current projects and gain exposure to the project lifecycle.
• Attend workshops and training sessions on leadership, communication and technical skills.
