Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and networking.

Interns will analyze customer touchpoints, use SQL to query logs, and build Tableau dashboards to improve the customer journey. Rising seniors with a 3.0+ GPA, active enrollment, and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize customer touchpoints.
• Use SQL to query communication logs, identify message overlap, and build interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Reduce communication 'collisions' (over-messaging) and improve the overall customer journey
