Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship from May 26 to August 6, 2027, designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Admin, CS, Data Science, IT, or related fields. You’ll work with two teams, contribute to real projects, and gain professional development through mentorship and networking.

Ideal candidates are rising seniors with a 3.0+ GPA, able to travel to events, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to gather and document requirements for Spectrum’s field tools
• Analyze operational data and support enhancements that improve technician productivity and field efficiency
• Map workflows and processes using diagramming tools to clarify business needs
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical language for effective communication
• Use SQL, Excel or Google Sheets to validate, clean and visualize data for actionable insights
• Assist with Agile project tracking and documentation in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Participate in cross-functional projects, professional development sessions, networking activities and final presentations
