Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid 11-week internship for students pursuing an IT-related degree. The program runs from May 26 to August 6, 2027, with professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities designed to build real-world skills in the telecommunications industry.

You’ll work on department projects for ~80% of your time and participate in kickoff conferences, webinars, and cross-functional activities for the remaining 20%.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer service team by solving issues using billing operations tools.
• Implement guardrails for new enhancements to the billing platform.
• Handle complex billing related issues.
• Coordinate with peer teams and application vendor teams.
